Preparation before cooking:

1. Rotate and lock the inner pan to the left to ensure proper installation

2. Prepare ingredients

3. Turn on the power, press the power button to boot

Cooking function:

1. Press “wok” key to start warming up

2. Adjust the tilt angle of the body about 60 degrees

3. Pour edible oil

4. Pour ingredients

5. Place the tray, tilt to 135 degrees, remove the food

Leek function:

1. Press the “stew” key

2. Adjust the tilt angle of the body to 45-60 degrees

2. Keep the body upright and add water to the inner pot

3. Ingredients are placed in a vacuum sealed bag and placed in the inner pot water

Automatic frying function:

1. Press the “Automatic” button to start warming up

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
