Solve the cause of not working
After downloading the APP; Connect the Bluetooth lamp to the mobile phone. First, the mobile phone turns on Bluetooth; Then the lamp is powered on; Then turn on the APP; At this time, the APP will automatically connect to the Bluetooth lamp; Do not manually connect Bluetooth at the settings of the mobile phone. Mobile phone settings Bluetooth search Bluetooth devices some mobile phones can be searched, some can not be searched, the search is not supported by the mobile phone system, does not mean that the APP cannot be used. open the APP, the device cannot connect.
1. Check whether the lamps are powered normally,
2. Whether the Bluetooth of the mobile phone is turned on.
3. Is there any other mobile phone already connected, if connected, please disconnect, Bluetooth
4. only supports one-to-many, does not support many-to-many control. Whether the Bluetooth device is connected at the settings of the mobile phone, if it is connected, please disconnect, the APP will be re-opened after the background exit, and the APP will automatically connect;
5. Normal operation still can’t connect, please exit the APP and reopen it in the background; 6. Exit the APP background, restart the phone, and power on the lamp again; Reopen the APP software and connect again.
